Subscription & Billing

- bespoke development
- workflow configuration
may incur additional charges.
Intellectual Property
All platform technology, operational workflows, branding, systems architecture and software remain the intellectual property of OctopushX Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
OctopushX shall not be liable for:
- indirect losses
- consequential losses
- loss of revenue
- operational downtime caused by third-party infrastructure
- customer misuse of the platform
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales.
